Motor/Generator Protection Panel
Our electronics and electrical Protection panel building workshop covers the complete service from the design and specification of Motor/Generator protection panels through the building and installation process to the maintenance and repair of panels when in use.
ESC is capable to design and manufacture of electrical control panels from small motor control& protection panels to large complex panel suites incorporating drives, PLCs and other associated automation equipment.
We are able to offer the complete solution or carry out any particular stage in isolation from the original concept through the design, panel building, installation and commissioning phases of the project.
A complete protection study, logic schemes, settings calculation and relay testing can be provided as a package solution.
Where an electrical control panel arrangement is already in place and changes are sought we can assist in retrofitting new panels to existing machines.
RTCC panel ( Remote tap changer controller) for OLTC control
Remote Tap Changer Control (RTCC) is a conventional equipment to control the output of the Transformer from the OLTC unit fitted in the transformer. The desired voltage will be achieved accordingly by controlling the OLTC with respect to the tap position through RTCC system. The output voltage of the transformer will be maintained through an AVR (Automatic Voltage regulator), which continuously verifies the output power with the set / programmed reference voltage and will trigger the OLTC accordingly. RTCC panel controls are same irrespective of OLTC type whether in tank or external mount OLTC.
Our range of products includes fully fabricated assembled and wired RTCC Panels. We offer these panels in different sizes and configurations to meet the customer requirements. These panels have high efficient functioning, low maintenance & easy installation. Since RTCC panels are generally mounted in the control room, our panels conform to IP-44 protection class. Digital controller used;MR TAPCON series or A-eberle REG series.
